Delivery & Returns Information

All orders sent to residential address and Blind and Partially Sighted Associations will be sent freepost by Royal Mail 'Articles for the Blind' freepost service or by courier service if the shipment is bulky or over £100 in value.

Orders placed from Guernsey and Jersey will be charged £15 shipping fee and no VAT will be charged at the checkout.

Orders placed online can also be collected in store. 

Opening hours are 10am - 4pm Monday to Friday.

We are closed weekends and bank holidays.

Please provide telephone number or email address at time of ordering so that we can arrange a suitable collection time and notify you when your order is ready for collection if you are collecting in store.

Please note for next working day delivery orders must be received before 11am and that a signature will be required on delivery.

Any goods can be returned for a full refund if not suitable (buyer pays for return of products) providing that they are returned with original boxes and packaging and can be sold again as new.

The buyer has 7 days to return products, unless agreed differently with Edward Marcus Ltd and a refund will be processed within 2 days of receipt of product.

If a buyer receives a product that is faulty/not working, then a replacement or credit will be offered immediately and the cost of returning will also be reimbursed. Please contact our offices before returning any product deemed to be faulty to discuss.
